Neighborhood Watch Spring 2015 Update. We reached a very important milestone in 2014. We had a block captain for all of the 44 blocks in our neighborhood! We were able to maintain that for about 6 months, but now we currently have 2 blocks that are in need of replacement captains. The blocks are 2102-2151 Ellwyn Drive and 2161-2216 Plantation Lane.
